Competence across the course of care
The framework organizes facilitation around the work a practitioner performs, from screening and preparation to integration, referral, and record keeping. Each criterion has its own chapter and a corresponding worksheet space.
Chapters 1 through 25 contain the current module drafts. Chapters 26 through 50 and all standalone worksheets are under construction.
