Information you choose to send
Email-update signup collects your email address and consent. Subscription is confirmed by email before you are added to the mailing list. Resend processes confirmation messages and publication updates, including delivery and unsubscribe preferences. Each publication update includes an unsubscribe link. Temporary signup limits help prevent abuse.
Chapter contribution requests collect your name, email, chosen chapter, relevant background, and proposed contribution. They are stored privately for Mark Nicolas to review and respond. They are not displayed publicly. Please do not send identifiable client information or clinical records.
Contact and permissions links open your email provider. If you email Mark, your message and the details you include are used to respond and manage that request. Permissions correspondence may be retained to record the scope of a request or license. A permissions request is not a newsletter subscription.
WARPATH browser storage
WARPATH entries—including writing, reflections, beliefs, affirmations, activity ratings, targets, Hunts, and cycle history—are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not submitted to this website or analyzed by AI. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Clear My Entries removes the WARPATH browser record; clearing browser data also removes it. Local storage is different from a server account and does not provide cross-device backup.
Completion counting and prize contacts
When you register a completed cycle, the site receives browser-installation and cycle identifiers, a claim token, confirmation that the seven movements were completed, and confirmation that the Hunt was reviewed. The server stores hashed identifiers and a timestamp to count completions, reduce duplicates, and validate a prize claim. No practice answers are included. These records are pseudonymous rather than a guarantee of anonymity.
If you choose to submit an email for a milestone prize, it is stored privately and used to contact you about that prize. Resend is used for prize notifications when configured. A prize address is not added to marketing emails without a separate newsletter signup and confirmation. Clearing local practice entries does not delete a prize contact already submitted to the server.
Hosting, cookies, and operational information
The hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, which may include IP addresses, request details, and service logs. Sign-in for private author tools uses the hosting provider's authentication system and may use necessary cookies. WARPATH uses local storage as described above. The current application does not include a separate advertising or behavioral analytics tracker. Server-side completion totals are operational counts, not an analysis of your private practice entries. External websites linked here have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and contact
You can unsubscribe through a publication email and remove WARPATH entries using Clear My Entries. For questions or deletion requests concerning email subscriptions, contributions, contact correspondence, or prize contact information, write to contact@marknicolasresearch.com. Include enough information to locate your request, but do not send passwords or private practice entries. Some records may need to be retained for lawful recordkeeping or security purposes. Information already removed from this browser cannot be restored through this site.
